Judge Aquilina is a caring and compassionate judge. She’s also the best healer for the sexual abuse victims, including the gymnasts. She gave them a chance to speak about the tragic impact that Nassar has caused on them. I would give this judge a thumbs up for standing up for the victims/survivors and giving them back their voice. Well done!

I have watched your courtroom victim statements over the internet for the past few days and I want to thank you for giving your victims a voice and empowering them to be their best selves going forward from their trauma. I believe that you go above and beyond to provide justice where it is needed. We need more people like you in the world.

I just wanted to say that you are truly a class act. I live in Florida and I feel that you let everyone see what the true role of a judge is. As a victim of childhood sexual abuse myself I appreciate how you made sure that this trial was for the victims and that you let every voice be heard. Please keep up the good work!

Over the last few days I have been watching the Larry Nassar trial. Having been a gymnast growing up and a coach in my adulthood, this case hits just a little too close to home. Judge Aquilina has made this entire process a healing process for these survivors. She has made it 100% about these warriors and what they have needed to get past this nightmare. Thank you for setting such a pristine example for how this case should be handled. God Bless you Judge Aquilina and everyone who's life you touch.

I've been listening to Judge Aquilina via live stream for the Larry Nassar sentencing. Her compassion to these victims/survivors is beyond compare. She is wonderful. She is giving heartfelt encouragement to these girls. I've never heard a judge like her. She is a true asset to the legal community. She has brought me to tears at times by her words. I just hope that she gets to hear and know how much she has touched so many people in the court and watching this sentencing. Thank you Judge Aquilina.

I've been watching this judge in the sentencing phase of Larry Nassar's sentencing during the victim impact statements. This judge is WONDERFUL. So kind, caring and compassionate. She is giving these victims hope. Her words to them are heartfelt and encouraging. She is a beautiful woman inside and out. So proud that she is the judge talking to these victims. I just can't say enough good about her. She brought me to tears.
