An idiotic and pompous fool. He has been serving stupidity and injustice to the businesses and people of Kent County for far, far tool long. Like most of the Kent Circuit judges, he sides with those he knows best or suspects can support him financially for re-election, i.e., partners at the big firms. In other words, his decisions are based on who is in front of him, not facts or law. The usual story with the kangaroo-court judges in Michigan.

Judge Buth recently ruled on a Land Bank issue and his ruling directly contradicted existing law.
If Buth is joining the growing ranks of "activist judges", he should be removed from office - certainly not reelected.
