I agree with the last poster. This judge is rude, condescending and biased. He doesn’t care who’s getting hurt in the process. He clearly doesn’t go by moral or ethics but instead who he is friends with. He will put an innocent child through disgraceful situations because he’s much rule with the “popular” party.

Burned out & Biased, doesn't even need to listen to testimony. He's prejudged you and classified you with all the others that have stood before him before you even speak. His motion day Monday is a overabundance of mother biased judgments. Allowing a DUI mother to keep primary custody when she drives drunk with the child in the car is not a judgment based on what is in the child's bests interest. Although he claims the state allowable offset is 15% for an equitable divorce distribution he will accept unsubstantiated (and well opposed)fictitious testimony to award an >35% offset(gender biased of coarse).
