Very Bias, he makes fun of Character Letters, I wrote him a letter at how disturbed I was with him and he sent it to our Families Lawyer which they were not written to h is Lawyer they were written to him, talk about inmature and then the Lawyer tried tocharge us for reading them, the Lawyer needs to charget the Judge he's the one that sent them, he's the worse Judge I've ever known in my life, his sentence was way way out of line he sent a Retarded man to prison too from my understanding that is wrong.

IT WAS VERY APPARENT THAT THIS JUDGE WAS BIAS AGAINST THE ACCUSED AND HIS SENTENCING WAS BASED ON HIS OWN PERSONAL HISTORY RATHER THAN THE FACTS!

This Judge demeaned the Character Letters that were received for my brother from upstanding citizens telling the truth who have known my brother for years he picked out bits and pieces of the letters and ridiculed them rolling his eyes deaming everything about them he went on and on and on and on there was no reason for this, he also read a part of a letter my Mom wrote and completely lied to what the letter really said, he is one sick man.

OMG don't ever get arrested in this town with this Judge if you do be prepared for the worse sentence he can possibly give you. Horrible Horrible Judge. Lost all my faith in the justice system.
