Worst kinda judge. Sits on the chair and thinks no one can touch him and demand you to not speak or present your case, even though he asks you to speak. Yells at you, only listens to one sided cases and if you dont have money to put in his pocket he ignores and destroys you and families. Thinks he doesn’t have to take a sopena because hes a judge. Lets sex predators walk and dads who try and protect there families sends them to jail. Tells my wife she needs a lawyer when she has proof her family is lying, listens to only what he wants to hear and if he doesn’t want you to have a family makes stupud requests of people paying money Thats support for THE HOUSE WERE THE CHILDS ADDRESS WAS, and he cant read obviously because with SS death benefits they tell you NOT to save/have money in the account thats intended to support the child. SUPPORT INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO, rent, food, water, gas, school needs, clothes, extra items the kid wants but not to just handed to the child 1000+ dollars each month while you lose your place you live in etc. this judge needs to be removed and reprimanded with public display and bared no pension, lose his house and everything he has. Because he takes lives and destroys them.

John Tomlinson doesn't care about the oath he took. He cares about his power!
He disrespected my father, who couldn't hear, even with headphones.
John told him to be quiet, after he had asked him a question!
He sided with a wealthy acquaintance of his, (my eldest sister, a doctor) for dad's P.O.A. and control of his and mom's wills. Even dad's Court Appointed guardian told the judge that he was wrong.
She dispersed everything as she saw fit. My dad HATED her when he died.

He needs to be removed.

Currently he's using his power to deny a little girl access to her father and his family. This sick judge thinks it's alright for her to be around a sexual predator though!

Again, he needs to be removed.
