Do you have to litigate in the court of appeals? Lets hope you get to chat with good ole Justice Murray. Maybe he can furrow his brows at you while you use undeniable evidence, the rule of law, the plain wording of law, and due process in order to dismiss a case? Don't you worry one bit, good ole Justice Murray will pretend he doesnt understand you, especially if you arent his golfing partner. Will he allow relief under MCR 6.508D2? Of course not! He has to make sure that condemning innocent people results in pecuniary recovery for the state.
