Hennepin County: Plea bargains for prohibited people who shoot people.
This prohibited person actually shot somebody in a drive-shooting in NE Minneapolis in February. Got a plea bargain with five Felony Assault and Felony Drive-by charges dismissed. Sentenced only on Possess Ammo/Firearm by prohibited person.
