This judge destroyed a young Black boys life during an HRO hearing on 4/22/2019. He inserted his White bias in favor of the White female and her mother even though the video and written evidence show the young white female to be a liar in her statements to the police, school and Corner House. When he thought he was alone in the courtroom white the White female, and her mother, he told them, "You did the right thing. I would have done the same thing." The respondents attorney walked back in the courtroom to hear the judge make this statement, for which he apologize. WE DO NOT ACCEPT HIS APOLOGY and demand a PUBLIC apology and for the Chief Judge to review this case and his behavior in this hearing. Accusing a young Black man of rape when the police department closed their case, as did the school and sfter seeing her different stories is a travesty. He also refused to let in that she lied about another boy stating he tried to kiss her in the school and she nearly vomited and walked away. The school video of the two of them disputes he account. She not only continued kissing him but they were both feeling each others bodies up and down. She testified, in this HRO hearing, that she hand picked this young Black male to have sex with and later tried to trap him to take "Dick pics" of him. I suspect he saw the little White girl as his grand daughter when he made his decision because she clearly was NOT a "credible witness" as he described her. She can be seen in ALL video footage from the school following this young man, and another, into a secluded areas to have sex. She also told Corner House she told her mother this young Black man raped her in hopes that they would like her boyfriend more. The Petitioners White male attorney had the nerves to say,
'It's only an HRO. What's the big deal? The big deal is the judge took it upon himself to label this young Black male a rapist when the evidence disputes that!
