This so called referee, who abuses his power in family court, doesn't know left from right. The proof can be right in front of his face and stated a hundred times and he will decide against it.
Also, if opposing party asks for proof from the other party and Stebbins even says nothing was put into the system from that party, Stebbins will STILL grant whatever the opposing party asked for without proof.
Worst referee ever!!
