Judge Carrot failed to adequately review or supervise the review of her clerk and based judgment on false information. Judge Carrot allowed personal relationships and her own inability to listen without prejudice to cloud her judgement and thereby damaged the wellbeing of a protected person. Judge Carrot should be ashamed of herself
