It is very disappointing to see that Judge Cunningham issued a stayed sentence and released from custody a predator who plead guilty to attempted kidnapping and sexual assault of a 7 year old child.
This child, her family and the citizens of Minnesota did not see justice served.
The prosecutor and the judge is this case are too soft on sexual assault crimes against children.

An awesome judge! I have had the pleasure watching Judge Cunningham work through criminal matters as I waited for my client's civil matter to he called, and I'm always astounded by his ability to impose exactly the right sentence -- truly justice tempered with mercy and a good deal of common sense. I wish there were more like him on the Bench!!
