Judge Fountain-Lindberg (or BAFL as court staff call her by her initials) is incredibly thorough. However, she is mean spirited and will scream at court staff for no apparent reason. We've all learned to avoid her at all costs unless we cannot avoid it.

Terrible judge! She honors the criminals. Makes a bad mistake on court papers and ruined my life forever. She should not be a judge. Do you realize what your doing to innocent people. WOW.

She is completely biased and always in favor of fathers. She dismisses every motion because you do not have an attorney to represent you. She currently is my judge in a custody case. I do not have an attorney. She dismisses every motion I turn in. She won’t let me speak at hearings all because I do not have an attorney. I attempted to get an ofp on my soon to be ex husband and she dismissed it and in her words it was because my husband hitting me and our children is just how our marriage works and that is his way of parenting. My ex currently has 2 dwi’s granted one was dismissed and one he was convicted for and I have been telling her since day 1 he has an alcohol abuse problem and that I would like to see him attend AA. He also has numerous domestic abuse records against him. And she still allows my children around him. If that doesn’t scream biased then what does? She is making unfair rulings left and right. She is very unprofessional. And as she has stated with my husbands attorney she is extremely angry with me. So whatever judgements she has been making have been due to her feelings towards me. I hope to have her removed from our case before an official and permanent order is set.

Also, maybe in the future when you take a case under advisement (even when the defendant doesn’t even bother to show up for court and then you reject the eviction) just maybe pull up some basic public information and see that this deadbeat is also a career criminal. I was warned by multiple lawyers that you’re a deabeat sympathizer and that I’d be going through the entire process again if you were the one who ruled on this. And they were right. So since I don’t have the time or money to deal with this for 6 months because of your incompetence I had to just let the property go. How ironic will it be when this deadbeat criminal ends up before you to be judged after you were the one who enabled his behaviour.

I should clarify, she’s very biased in favor of deadbeats. So if you’re a deadbeat squatter don’t waste your time going to court. She’ll rule in your favor regardless.

Very biased towards deadbeats. Her mind was already made up before I could even argue my case. The defendant didn’t even bother to show up to argue his case and she decided to enable this alcoholic deadbeat to continue to squat without paying a dime. Very disappointing, very unprofessional and extremely biased.

This woman has ruined my life. Her judgements are completely wrong and didn't even take my side into consideration. I give her judge skills a big fat 0 while she gave my sociolpsthic narcissistic ex husband custody of out children AFTER he provided an Invalid MMPI. I'd love to see how messed up HER kids are.
