Very biased and does not read or hear what the real facts are. She makes assumptions and believes the juicier story. She has decided to add income to my current income as a mom of a disabled daughter that cannot drive and needs special care to the point that i cannot work any normal job with set hours. She also denied back child support when it was to be retroactive from ofp date. She also allowed xhusband to claim homeless and cash income with no proofs for setting child support when his bank account was with over 10k a month deposits. She was against me before the court started and has made the most unjust and backwards decree in attempts to be mean and try to force me to become homeless with my daughter to appease my x and award him everything.

One of the nastiest, most prejudiced, bigoted judges I have ever had the occasion to be subjected to. I will never step foot in that state every single thing she says is a lie. All their paperwork is incorrect. They have court behind your back they screw with the times the addresses the dates and they are absolutely discriminatory. This woman should be gone. She is an outrage and enjoys her sadistic crap.

She has been my judge for my divorce she is allowing a custody evaluator to go as long as possible with no regard to how this affects a family or our lives. This is a contested divorce she allows a bunch of continuances as well. No regard to protection of children from what I can see. The judge was unconcerned about anything that has happened in my case. Justice is not happening.I almost feel like she is hates me and does not respect a mother that has special needs children and what that all entails.

On April 27th I witnessed what seemed to be a very open collaboration of money laundering. I witnessed custody evaluator Deb Link disregard a current custody evaluation, to further force the mother to obtain a new evaluation priced at $3500, then apparently dropped to $1000 cash only, therapist,Tasha Ellis, assigned by GAL Deb Link. It was abundantly clear the mother was required to provide all her children's medical records to this therapist, for the mothers psychological evaluation, this was very disturbing. The mother was openly uncomfortable with the therapist and seemed unsettled regarding the custody evaluator. It made me uncomfortable to listen to the mother talk about already completing the evaluation only to have the judge discuss the parents limited funds and tell the parents "that's what it's for" referring to the limited remaining funds in their equity being used for court profit. This display of Judge Jasper was very concerning. At no point was the fathers evaluation addressed whether completed or not, the hearing was bias against the mother and strong-arming her into what seemed to be the next option to drain the parents accounts. This is a disgrace of how a judicial officer should perform. If I as a witness could recognize the desire to extract funds from these parents, certainly Judge Jenny Walker Jasper could have as well. Which brings me to my conclusion, Judge Jenny Walker Jasper is fully aware of how much money these people have and exactly how they can force the parents hands to extract it as fast as possible. It is my recommendation that the Judge Jenny Walker Jasper, custody evaluator Deb Link, and therapist Tasha Ellis, be investigated for money laundering and 'fixing the case' to extract funds. This criminal behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

We are watching.

I just finished court watching a family law case in front of Judge Jenny Walker Jasper and I'm absolutely shocked. This judge was extremely biased against the mother in this case. The judge ordered both parties to comply with the custody evaluators "recommendations".. (not much of a recommendation if its a court order to comply! This mother doesn't have a choice, she can't respectfully decline the recommendation, she is forced to do whatever this evaluator wants, no questions asked.

When mother told the judge that she had already complied with the first psych evaluation, Judge Jenny Walker didn't care. She wanted her to take the second one, even though no reason was ever given by the evaluator.

What's worse, both attorneys (for mother and father) stayed silent throughout the entire hearing and Judge Jasper argued opposing counsels case for him, and the mother's attorney refused to object to anything including the "recommendation" for the second evaluation. Instead, the mother's attorney said she cannot adequately argue the case and that the mother should address the court on her own.

Finally, the judge knew exactly how much was originally in the equity of the house and asked the father how much was left. He said 19k, and Judge Jasper said, well then there is enough money to pay for this second psych evaluation that the custody evaluator is
demanding the mother comply with.

Once again, another horrible example of greedy attorneys, therapists and judges who do everything in their power to bleed litigants dry.

Judge Jenny Walker Jasper needs to get hauled off the bench in handcuffs and investigated by a grand jury.
