Initially I thought Judge Street made up her mind about the merits of the case before we had even gotten into discovery based on her comments during the hearing. But that was not true - she did a really nice job being fair and even handed with the parties. In a complex case, she was obviously prepared, read through all of the documents in advance of the hearing, and was willing to reconsider her initial impressions on the case.
