This judge is frequently extremely disrespectful for no reason, late with orders, forgets cases on her docket, works on other things on her computer during trial so she misses important evidence and testimony, ignores evidentiary rules, and does not know the legal standards. She is not a good trial judge and won't research or consider applying a nuanced legal standard when required. She becomes angry biased when attorneys argue against a generalized standard she has decided she will apply even if it is wrong. She makes the litigation process more traumatizing for parties and expensive than necessary.
