I saw that Wesley Bell removed Judge Hilton from the molestation case of the boy with Down’s syndrome. Of course, I don’t know what his motivation was, but can’t help to think it may have been based on judge Hilton’s gross insensitivity to the child’s family and advocates in the court room that day, quoted in the Post. so he let out on bond a child molester, the teen who ended up murdering another teen downtown, and a woman who had given lethal injections to multiple babies/ toddlers.

he was the judge in my divorce. Me and my child were the victims of domestic violence (my ex, who is an attorney and connected to many of the corrupt attorneys who run the family courts in stlouis county), had been arrested and charged twice for assault. The arrest/ incident report had pictures of my large swollen black eye that he gave me when I was trying to get him off my daughter and he struck me, and my daughter’s neck to document the hand marks that were on her neck from my ex-husband. He was arrested again for assault to his family. (Jeffrey Medler, now a judge, got my ex off one of these charges, was assigned our GAL, and then had to remove himself because of the COI.) My ex stole large amounts of money from our account, transferred money to accounts he had with out letting me know, had about 5 credit cards I didn’t know about and a phone, and had a three year affair with his secretary- all documented and presented as evidence. Elaine Pudlowski was then assigned as the GAL, flaming the fires between me and my ex, maybe you have read about her patterns of behavior. My point with all of this is that in his final judgement he took the time to write that I was “vulgar” because of texts and emails I had written, and he did not like when he and Elaine asked if I could forgive my daughter who had recently rammed my head into a tile floor three times, gave me a TBI and I lost my vision in my left eye, struggled to walk for a month after that- they both thought it was bad that I could not answer if I would forgive her- I said I wanted to work on building a relationship with her, but I was not sure I could forgive her. He wrote in his final judgment that I was [not a good parent] because I said I was not sure I could forgive my daughter. He wrote nothing at all about any of the evidence and documentation including pretty shocking pictures of abuse IN the police report. In his final judgment, there was no mention at all of my ex’s behavior. It was disgusting and felt sadistic. My ex made 3 times my salary, he gave me 0 alimony. My ex got the house, because I couldn’t afford it. He awarded me a bank account that I had submitted 3 times the bank statements for that I had not used in years, showing it had $0 in it. He stated in his ruling it had $8k in it. He was sloppy and reckless.
There is a lot online about him and all the corruption and greed off the back of family’s in pain, further traumatizing them and tearing them apart even more.

I hope something can be done about this man. Again, this is not about me and how I feel wronged only, it is about a clear pattern of reckless behavior, abuse of women, and his lack of judgement.

Quick temper, unprofessional, biased, disrespectful with an ego of a building size. He was a bad GAL and now is the worst judge. Bad GALs get promoted to become bad judges. You get him on your case disqualify!

Judge Hilton makes quick decisions not based on facts. He’s biased, unprofessional, rude, loud, and purposefully intimidating to women in his courtroom. He seems to prefer men over women and isn’t afraid to show it. Women and children are not credible to him. Maybe our children just don’t matter to him. He’s very arrogant. Google him and read some of the mothers’ motions to remove him after he’s already caused damage. Also, read his bio for when he wanted to become a judge. Read the cases that he offers up in his bio. Read in the bio about his history as a GAL. Mothers should quickly file a motion to get a different judge if you are assigned to him. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Unprofessional, screams, yells, insults and intimidates litigants in his courtroom. Openly biased and is not interested in following the law. He was a bad GAL and now is a bad judge.

Hopefully he will be a more forthright judge than he was as GAL. Hidden agendas, no follow through, more concerned with appeasing judge than guarding the children he is paid generously to represent.
