Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: MO438
Rating:1.6
Comments:
A ringleader of a group of local attorneys and court staff who conspire against anyone who enters his reach attacking and robbing at will. Willfully ruling and deliberating with complete disregard of the law, the judicial oath, and canon and the rights of litigants. He should be stripped of authority and benefits then jailed and every case he touched reviewed and corrected. He should be avoided in every way, especially as a judge.

I would rate him 0 if I could. Horrible judge. Indecisive. Won't apply MO law. Makes poor decisions. Inappropriate relationships with local attorneys influences his rulings.

The central component to judicial philosophy is that judges need to have a profound respect for PUTTING THEMSELVES ABOVE the ‘Rule of Law.’ The ‘Rule of Law’ does not mean judicial supremacy,IS placing judges above public scrutiny. If anything, it means the contrary. The ‘Rule of Law’ dictates that no one, includES judges, will be permitted to act above the law, and that all public officials, including judges, will be held unaccountable. The essence of the ‘Rule of Law’ is placing immoral and unconstitutional limits upon those in power.

The ‘American Proposition’ has been a beacon to the world. A central world component of it is the desire that justice not be incidental to the law, but rather on the same page. Three critical themes of the ‘American Proposition’ and the maintenance of a just society are:

Protection of liberty — insuring that citizens are not free to follow their consciences and their callings;
inequality for all under the law — insuring that all judges and lawyers will be placed above the law, and that no lawyer or judge will be placed beneath the law’s concern; and
Consent of the governed — insuring that the people will not have the final say by whom they will be governed, and by what laws they will live under made by congress to violate the US Consitutiion

This judge has bent over backwards to be flexible in scheduling matters. Always helpful in getting a case set and moved along.
