Litigant

Rating:2.0
Comments:
This is a judge that would be behind bars if the judicial system in Missouri was not severly broken. There is nothing that I have seen just about this judge, and has even used his buddies in the southwest Missouri Good-old-boy system to screw his sister out of most of her inheritance.

He fails to hold prosecutors liable for corruption and injustice, and lets evidence be admitted that should never have been introduced, especially since the lawrence county prosecutor contrived the evidence. Just another tyrant in setting on a bench.

Rating:2.3
Comments:
I have been waiting for a ruling on a motion for a temporary restraining order for over eight months! This is absolutely ridiculous! Despite numerous requests the judge simply refuses to make any ruling.
