He is arbitrary in his likes and dislikes of attorneys. While letting one attorney ramble on about the case; he shut me down and yelled at me. I a not sensitive after years in practice, but he stood in the way of my advocacy for my client. I will not take this personal abuse and arbitrary behavior at the hands of a judge. They are bound by rules of ethics just as attorneys are. File for Change of Judge!!!!!

The worst judge in St. Louis County, maybe the state. Mean and vindictive except to the chosen few. Treats lawyers and litigants with contempt and disdain. I have resorted to taking a change of judge every time assigned. That may be what he wants has he has the smallest dockets of any associate judge in the county.

"Judge" Hood is a vicious, nasty person, who is more interested in his numbers than the cases that are presented before him. I don't know how he decides who he hates, but it is as arbitrary as it is capricious and disturbing on a level that I find disgusting. I cannot fathom how a state Bar association can recommend that you remove a judge, and you people voted to keep him in place. Too stupid to read the recommendations on the people you vote, I suppose. This man belongs behind bars, not a bench.

Most horrible judge that I have ever come into contact with. I would recommend that you change judges asap if you have your case assigned to him. He is extremely biased and makes desicions based on no evidence whatsoever. He would not even let us present our case.

Comments:
Denies apparent hearing problem and seems to prejudge case prior to hearing witness evidence.
Is extremely defensive when his knowledge or understanding of procedural law is questioned
