If there was a Zero rating McCarver needs it. McCarver makes up the laws he has no care for the State or Federal laws. McCarver placed my dad into guardianship conservatorship WITHOUT A HEARING. Seizing my dads person and estate for the court to plunder at 18,000 averaged out during his guardianship- McCarver ignored my dad and family for hearings to his wellness.. McCarver executed ex parte 30 day extensions without hearing 12 times many 2 extensions at a time in 13 months. Only a Writ of prohibition stopped him in his tracks...as it was accepted in the upper court. McCarver made dads sign an agreement to drop the writ of prohibition aka black mailed us all to free my dad to come home. We complied then to get dad free from a lock up nursing home. Dad was restored his rights not because it was right but because McCarver had no choice but to release him.. This man has no business on the bench.
