Judge Stephens allowed a divorce motion to be filed, subsequent motions and filings, and most importantly the final disposition to be filed using someone elses SS# - not respondents. Also false information was accepted as fact, thus polluting his court room and decisions. Fairness and equitable application of law is not present while he presides...

This judge likes to take kids away from good parents,even after the other parent almost killed the baby,without hearing a shred of evidence on why the parent withheld visitation. He gives temporary custody to grandparents that never wanted the baby in the first place. He is very one sided and lives by his own rules!! Be careful if you are to go in front of him!!
