Incompetent. Obviously has no civil trial experience and did not seem to understand the law. When other party chose not to get an attorney, Judge Rohrs decided to act as their attorney making motions and objecting on their behalf. Really given her age I would suggest a slums test be performed for mental competency before letting her preside over anynore cases. She gave youtube videos more credit than expert testimony. Let a contractor who has been sued multiple times and every other judge that presided over him could see though his lies. However judge Rohrs fell for those baby blue eyes and all of his lies. What is the probability that all of the other judges from multiple counties throughout the state of Missouri were wrong? Or this one rogue judge was wrong?

He flat out admitted he installed the roof incorrectly. Yet she still didnt make him pay for it. She is the reason there will be more victims. Plain and simple. She had an opportunity to make sure he never did this to anyone again. But it was more important to her to show her authority and show she could do whatever she wanted. Inside or outside the law.

I hope she is replaced in the next election. Plan to file formal complaints all the way up to the Missouri Bar. Really all of her judgements need to be reviewed for ethical behavior as well as application of the law. I hope the head judge Hendrickson sees this and does a very intense review of her cases. Its embarassing that a judge who had as much evidence presented as she did didnt review it all. 30 some pages of text messages of me begging the contractor to complete the roof and letting him know it was leaking. Then after 4 to 5 months when I finally gave up on him comming back I hired an attorney since I couldn't get anything done on my own. She ruled I didnt need an attorney. What?? Well the contractor kept standing me up and refused to fix the roof. How long was I supposed to give him? What is the timeframe on the law judge? Because it doesnt take 4.5 months to complete a roof. Im not sure how she expected me to get any help without the assistance of an attorney.

So i get stuck with over $30,000 in damage to my building and the cost of a new roof. She thinks awarding 3600 is more than enough. Apparently they do jot teach basic math at law school.

If she only knew half as much as I now know about the contractor and his wife she would lose sleep for years to come. Well...maybe she wouldnt. I will sleep soundly knowing she had all the facts in front of her. Its obvious she chose to vote on popularity instead of facts and the evidence. Such a shame and the 30th circuit should be embarassed.
