I have been going in front of judge Davis for 4 years. She is taking my rights November 17th 2016 to my 2 boys. I was told that if I didn't willingly sign my rights away to my kids that they will take them and take the guardianship from the three other children that are with my family back and put them up for adoption like the other 2. She placed my kids with a sex offender for almost 2 years. She needs to be out of our courts and away from our children.

I am involved in a child custody and support case that has been going on for over two years now. This judge has blatantly ignored the other party's multiple incidents of perjury under oath. That same party has violated court orders (without incurring a single contempt order), and false accusations against me have been used to slander me repeatedly in court, and the judge allows it. There have been multiple visits from CPS over the past two years, and not a single shred of concern has been voiced by these professionals, ever, but the judge won't consider that as evidence to disprove the false accusations. I have been forced to choose to either give in to all the demands of the other party, or have a guardian ad litem appointed by this judge, with only five minutes to decide. I chose the GAL, instead of letting the other party railroad me. There is no hope with this judge on the case.
