To put is simply Mr Tobben (does not deserve to be called Honorable) takes a very uneven approach to child support. I would love to know what the total dollar figure is Mr Tobben has deprived children of their "Child Support" from deadbeat dads. To add insult to injury the children of these "deadbeat dads" are, in many cases, destined to repeat what they know as familiar. I wonder what the Missouri Attorney general will think when consulted.

Awful judge, cannot make a decision, and when he finally does it is inconsistent with the law. Mr. Tobben should be truly "honorable" and step down from his position immediately.
