Horrible judge, he needs to be removed from Washington County. Is very cold and has lack of empathy, and extremely rude, he does not pass sentences fairy unless you have money or a well known name around the Washington County area. He also allows attorneys to misrepresent their clients so they can continue to charge clients and not properly represent them while in his courtroom.

Judge Troy Hyde has a history of showing favoritism to local constituents while disregarding the law. He has had numerous rulings reversed by the Court of Appeals where they noted misapplication and/or poor interpretation of the law.
