This judge is very unfair. When told my Sons adoptive father showed him satanic ritual books and watched my son get in trouble for what I thought was lying (I believed my husband at the time), she paid no mind to his actions and just wrote it as religious beliefs. My ex crouched down and looked me in the eye and said my son was lying. Instead of seeing the real issue, she labeled it as religious beliefs. Not seeing or caring he was such a vile human being, he watched a child get in trouble knowing my son was telling the truth (he later wrote it in his journal and I found out that way) my relationship with my child suffered because I believed my husband. There was a vehicle in question, deadlines had been set for it to be transferred out of my name and the ex missed those dates & refused to pay our agreed support so I filed for enforcement and to keep the vehicle since he blocked me and missed the deadline out of negligence. she said in her findings that he broke no breech in the situation (deadline aren’t a breech?) I also tried to explain more in court but she reused to hear it, and almost awarded me what I asked for on on accident. Again, she refused to let me explain anything. When the ex questioned her decision, she finally listened and I tried to tell her that I had tried to explain and she wouldn’t let me point out my attempts to fill her in. she didn’t want to be told the mistake she almost made could have been avoided if she let me explain. She actually got mad at me because she didn’t know what was going on in her court room but refused to let me explain so she could understand. I later filed to end the spousal support that I receive (she didn’t award, the ex and I agreed outside of court) so I could fall in income guidelines for my kids health insurance and she denied that motion as well. My ex has just filed to lower the payment claiming his income changed and it’s actually about the same (200 a day).. she has yet to make a ruling on it. But I think at this point we can see she’s not judging situations, she’s judging people and her liking to them. This is the same judge who let the ex adopt my son & said he doesn’t have to see him, which he doesn’t, but he also assumed all rights and responsibilities to the child. She went and looked to see if we agreed on child support (which I wanted none because he was supposed to see the child in summers but later changed his mind) and said “good”. As if it’s good he assumed rights and responsibilities to a child, admits in court he wants to abandon said child, and she says it’s “good” he isn’t paying child support. She’s not judging situations, she’s judging people and her liking to them. She was not rude or mean directly, but certainly unfair and unwilling to let people defend themselves.
