Judge Burns is an excellent judge. I appeared before him pro hac and he treated me fairly and with respect. A good judge isn’t one that always rules in your favor, in my opinion a good jurist is one that calls them fairly to both sides. Judge Burns consistently ruled in the manner I would have had our positions been reversed. Excellent, fair, and just jurist.
