Judge Lowe has little to no grasp of the actual law and he doesn't care. Incompetent. He can't see past the front of his nose. He should be on T.V. at 3 p.m., not in a court of law.
He will make every private attorney waste two hours listening to his bull-sh't on the bench when he should be administrating cases.
He will send a Valentine's Card to the Omaha Police Department. He doesn't need evidence to convict, only a citation and a charge.
He's frequently late, and sadistically enjoys giving jail terms.
