Also it is really imprsesive and encouraging to know that people (especially youths) are gradually being aware that Media is run by Christian missionaries and funded from Saudi oil reserves. Congress is trying hard to gain Muslim votes and trying to go out of the way in? providing reservations and anti Hindu communal violence bills (See: v=_XgFh8LoQz0). Hindus need to united. Judge no matter family court or criminal should read both sides and see evidence. Not hear say or just take a word because she feels mothers are better. My ex has had CPS called on her by people next door and this judge thinks she is a great mom? Even raised child support which is never spent on my children. My kids when I see them every other weekend have been dressed in dirty clothing, worn out shoes? This is a good mother? I have video of my ex dropping of my kids cursing me out from the car saying take this bitch she is going to make me smack her and this judge didn't care to view the video? PLEASE get the crazy woman out of the court room into a tight white jacket.

She totally favors the mothers. My ex is a complete physco and she granted her custoday. I wasn't able to get a work in edge wise to even defend myself. It's so true Dads out there...get an attorney or you will be screwed in this ladies court room. My ex lied about everything, Pomrenze believed her and now I get my kids every other weekend and my life is completely screwed! Family court judges should take the time and actually read what is in the motions. Instead of acting a rude jerk, a little compassion is in order. If you hate your job so much..quit! Stop ruing peoples lives because you don't want to take time to hear what people are saying!

I have dealt with this monster since 2005. It is obvious that this women has to be disbarred and fast. Sit in on a few of her cases and you will be horrified at the way she conducts herself on the bench.

this person should not be called "JUDGE" i have been dealing with this woman since 2006 until now!!! with that said she has never taken the time to read my file always in a bad mood always being rude making bad comment's. she has taken my kids and have not giving me a chance or let my kids speak!!! cps is no help either i have spoken to different people about this woman and she needs to be taken out the court room for once and for all she has taken my kids and now my kids are in the wrong hand's getting abuse by there father.... just to give and idea my ex brought a gun to court got arrested right she postned the date for him to get out of jail so he could be present and give him custody!!! when i have been single parent with no child support. and no matter what i file that i needed child support she never helped me out, and i file a reintrain order agaist him she told that only way i could get it if i was stabed or shut!!! i end up with a nerves break down and she also use that against me for going to the hospital!!! and this is only 10% i wrote that has has happed to me..something has to be done to fixed this problem that this woman needs to be fired and the state needs to step in. to many families have been broken.....

This judge has decided to supplement the statutes with her own opinions. It has been a nightmare dealing with this Judge. Pomrenze has repeatedly made demeaning remarks towards me and the co-litigant. Her speeches convey a perfect example of coercing the litigants into a settlement. I can see why so many people have lost trust in the judiciary. It is because of Judges like Pomrenze. She should be removed from the bench!

I was the full time father of two wonderful boys. At the initial divorce Pomeranze decided to go to NRS 125.480 to justify her decision to give the mother primary custody. 125.480 states, "Best interests of child;preferences;presumptions when court determines parent or person seeking custody is perpetrator of domestic violence or has committed act of abduction against child or any other child." None of this appllies to me in any way, shape, or form! I have been denied my right to be a father because Pomeranze applied the wrong NRS to justify her egregious decision.

Sandra Pomeranze is horrible. How do you say you want a child interviewed and then say you dont care what the child has to say and give the mother the ok to take the child because she primary and JUST (I mean just like the 3 days before court) got married and she feels that is enough reason??? Why waste people time in court. We need a judge that will read motions and if the child is interviewed listent to what the child has to say. I am a female and what I saw makes me wonder why they place bitter woman in family court if they can not be fair to both men and woman. I was just watching this case not even my issue but from what I heard I was shocked of how she rules. I hope they do take her off the bench.

Sandra Pomeranze and the word "judge" should not be used in the same sentence. She rules without evidence and apparently cannot comprehend the statutes. If she doesn't like you regardless of whether it is warranted or not, don't ever expect to get treated fairly in the future. She is a disgrace to the bench. She should be assigned to parking tickets, if anything at all. Words alone cannot describe how inept she is in the application of the law. Fellow Las Vegans, be concerned.

Its funny that most of the folks that take the time to rate judges on here are the ones that didnt earn judgement in their favor. People that think they should have things their way or no way. These are the people that make family courts a necessity.

This Judge is belligerent and self righteous. She obviously does not read the motions before her. She contradicts her own decisions from one hearing to the next. God help you if you present her with a transcript… she goes nuts when presented with the facts. She has waffled her position more than once on a moderately straight forward dispute and as a result, we’ve had four hearings and no decisions. No wonder the RJ found her to be the lowest rated Family Court judge currently serving.

She is a fair judge in my humble opinion. I am the other litigant in one of the before mentioned comments. The 24 yr old from Texas. I am the father in this case and the comment beforehand is obviously one sided. There is alot of detail missing. With that said, judge pomeranze has put my feet to the coals as well. She is stern but fair bottomline. We have only been in front of her twice, but there will be no crap in her court from either party or attorney. One had better be prepaired and follow all procedures.

One sided, She should not be on the bench, I am a single father of two little girls and I would do and doing everything I can for my girls, she does not look out for best interests of the children, she laughed in my face and took their mothers side, she has issues of her own and needs to definitely be evaluated, we need a judge that takes the responsibility of doing what is right , not some crazed lady with her own issues, we need a good judge with real concerns for the family and what is right ,

She ordered a 24 yr old with a one year old infant to return from family in Texas, to leave her full-time job, childcare, and home,and to return the child to Clark County in 7 days so that the boyfriend living with his mother (a traveling nurse - they're from Texas as well)can have visitation rights the 1st & 3rd weekend of each month. She has no car, and now no income, and no where to live. This judge has no good judgement at all seeing she did not even hear the entire case, and started using the "F" word in court when she got angry ( a habitual pattern from my research). She made a judgement that was NOT in the best interest of the child, only that of jurisdiction and of her own interests.
She should be disbarded.

This woman should not be ruling in any family issues. She is rude,and one sided . She allowed a known offender of domestic violence not only to my kids but to me as well to grant his custody and I didn't do a thing wrong. He is bipolar with a temperament that is truly freighting. He does not work and just by me saying that I was going to call his father, he wet is pants he was so scared. She needs to be thrown off the bench and arrested. How many more children is this judicial system screwing up because of her cold heart and absolutely no compassion. I pray for any and all of you whoever has to face that obnoxious monster in court. and to condone allowing a man to keep 2 kids hostage for 9 months is just inhumane and the only way i was allowed to see them is by his supervision. I had all reports. Domestic violence, character witnesses and even a lawyer. And she didn't care. At lease not about the well being of my precious boys who might I add, I am not allowed to see again because he doesn't want to let me. I have to find out their well being by their guidance counselor at school. Its heart breaking. Someone , If you can, please help me. I am heartbroken without my twins.

This Judge will not read the motions before her. She will not let people have their say regarding whats going on. She is very Pro Mother especially being a single mother herself she gives mothers chance after chance while will nail fathers to the wall. I really find it hard to beleive she is impartial.

This Judge should not be sitting on the bench; a toilet maybe. She is arrogant and ignorant all at the same time. She makes assumptions based on her biased opinion as opposed to facts. Las Vegas needs to vote this Judge off the bench. Her demeanor is atrocious.
