This judge needs to be put in jail for the clear violations to people constitutional rights. She is a liar and only sides with CPS and DHS And allows the Da OFFICE to file fake fraudulent paperwork. She is the scum of all scum

Judge Cynthia Giuliani should not be on the bench in any family law matters what so ever. She is bias and doesn't care about what the defendant says in there side of a case especially in trial. She sides with CPS/DCFS/D.A. even if its obvious the lies and the legality of the case is bogus. She allows crimes to be committed against defendant just so the plaintiff can collect that federal money for stealing kids and terminating rights of innocent parents when really no actual proof of any abuse or neglect towards the children. Ignores evidence in favor of defendant when plaintiff has no proof to show there claims. Listens to hearsay over the truth from the defendant. Horrible judge and she needs to have all her cases go under review and see how many are erroneous and illegal. Can't break the law to enforce the law.
