Lazy by nature, and inept by scholarship. Mostly poilitically motivated, rather than legally persuaded. He'll botch up the simplest cases. Only interested in what serves him or his ambition rather than, right or wrong , or legal or illegal. Depends on who the parties are and who the lawyers might be. Whatever advances his agenda, and his career, will be the law of the day.
