Criminal Defense Lawyer

Comment #: NH110
Rating:2.1
Comments:
This judge continuously refuses to enforce the rules of professional conduct when it come to prosecutors and does nothing to guarantee the due process rights of defendants. He overturns plea deals based on his personal feelings on particular cases and discriminates against self-represented parties even as the cost of a competent lawyer continues to be out of reach for the average defendant who appears this judge's courtroom.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NH109
Rating:1.0
Comments:
This judge is awful: "A Menace to Society"! If ever in contempt of court, watch out! This guy cannot count, or if he can he does so toward the arbitrary: his own whim, notion and fancy to evade the law! An unconstitutional nut case. As when the law reads that the max for contempt be ten days by N.H. Articles 23+24 in this so-called co-equal branch of government he disobeys his Article 84 oath to instead violate Article 29 by suspending the law! He invokes the Federal policy over-ride of such for petty offenses there do not get a trial by jury when if the sentence to be imposed be less than six months. He looks on Article 12 of needing "consent" for other laws and like spits on it. That's why I call him the Malicious Mathematician. He's a vindictive bastard! who ought to be RSA Ch. 92:2 "dismissed forthwith" by the RSA Ch. 4:1 A.G. and G&C petition process, but they are currently a bunch of R.I.N.O.S.!
