Good judge. I was surprised how pleasant she was with a courtroom full of people at 9am. She listened, genuinely listened to all the cases before mine was called. Then, judge ospina gave me the same amount of attention and respect as she gave the attorney cases. Wow.
I got what I wanted at the end of the trial, divorced. She gave good reasons and explained the law of why she denied me other things I wanted, like alimony. But I was happy. I got my day in court and spoke my truth. She cared. Thank you.

Great judge. Patient but firm. She explained why she cant give me or my soon to be ex something. My attorney said if we disagree we can appeal her, but that she was correct. She always arrived on time and knew the case. She always handled a lot of cases as her courtroom was always packed. She has a nice smile and seemed genuinely concern. I did not get everything I wanted, i am happy with this judge and her thoughtful decisions. Thank you.

She is very prejudiced against Caucasians. She is totally clueless and ignores all the facts. I was told that she immigrated from Columbia. She is very incompetent and should not be a judge. I am an innocent person and she treated me like a criminal. She should be sanctioned for her unethical behavior.

This judge is a horrible human being! First, she needs to be a human being, and second, she is only in this profession to exercise her power to be unfair to all men. I don't know what a man has done to this lady, but this lady is out to get all men. I am not sure who placed her in Family Court.

She is a horrible human being, and a very dishonest judge. She lied and said that I was in court with my attorney on a day that I was never in her courtroom. She would not allow discovery in a divorce case. She said, quote: "you had your chance." I explained that my first attorney never got me discovery, and that is why I complained and sent a fax. She said: "You are not allowed to fax me when you have an attorney." I said: "Then how do I get discovery?" She said: "Your attorney is supposed to do that." I said: "Well, he didn't! You never addressed it with him when I complained to you. Now he is gone and I have a new attorney. Can I get discovery?" She said no. She is a crazy judge, so be careful. She is also anti-man with a passion, and loves to state that if you contact someone, that is considered harassment. I asked the judge, "How can I settle my divorce if I can't contact the other party?" She didn't respond. She is a crazy judge, with very limited brains. She doesn't read the case at all, and doesn't even know the law. She tells me: "I can sell your house in San Diego." I explain to her that it is a pre-marital asset, and my ex-wife doesn't want it sold, and why would you tell me that you can sell it?" Her response: "I have the power to sell your house and divide it any way I want. Are you familiar with the law?" How do you respond to this kind of judge? If this judge has never been married and has no kids, how is she in Family Court deciding divorce cases involving kids? She is an out-of-control judge that is only in this for the power. Please be careful if you get this judge!
