She has no patience or compassion with victims of domestic violence let alone if they have a language barrier her mind is already made up on day 1. Knowing the community we are in the population majority is non speaking English clients. She ask questions but cuts you off as you are explaining. Very rude and nasty temperament

This woman played with my child's livelihood for the longest when it came down to placing my daughters father on child support. I recall this woman trying to insinuate that I was just upset that my daughters father and I were no longer in a relationship. Keep in mind this bum called DYFS on me because it was his scheduled weekend to pick my daughter up which he left her at the school, I had to leave my job to pick my daughter up and I drove my child straight to his job walked her in and went back to work. I refused for this man to cause me a loss of income when I am the only one who provides financial support to my child. And you have this Judge trying to deny child support but I handled her when I told her I will file a complaint if she keeps it up and that she wouldn't play with my child's livelihood not another day and when she kept yapping I told her I was leaving. One suggestion she gives you S*** give it right back its the only thing she understands. If you cannot advocate for yourself get you a lawyer who will stand toe to toe with her.

I filed an application for Residential custody & visitation for my 6 yr. old Granddaughter who lived with Me & My daughter from Birth until 5 years old And now resides with her 77 yr. old Great grandmother who refuses to give custody back. It was supposed to be temporary. Malozzi kicked back my application without even hearing the case !! Is this even legal ?

Judge Mallozzi was not fair when dealing with my custody court preceding. Before even speaking to me, she had her mind made up given the defendant complaint. She was very demeaning in her tone and words spoken. Although it was family court I felt as I was treated and spoken to as if I was in criminal court.
