Judge Mawla predecided the Plaintiffs. case prior to adjudication. In fact, he ignored Court Orders of Judge Marino and facilitated/participated in the parental kidnapping of the children. He refused to acknowledge the Plaintiff as the custodial parent by court order for 10 years and allowed the father to take the children for vacation time and protected him while he held them from their mother indefinitely while instructing two County prosecutors offices to not allow the plaintiff to file a civilian complaint calling my case a "custody dispute". Delayed trial for nearly a year. He didn't rely on his own evidence only the defendant's trial summation and ignored forensic testing of the father and his wife showing they had mental disorders

I see that Judge Mawla has some who do not like the job he is doing. I personally found him to be an excellent judge. He was very helpful and strived to make himself available to solve pretrial issues. He has a good handle on the law.

Marla is the most insensitive judge that I have run into. Makes orders which are impossible to comply with. Very biased against me and particularly pro se litigants.
