This evaluation is belated. I had a case before him way back around 1985, in Richard Paul Zuckerman v. Randy Pisane, Director, Department of Public Safety, County of Union, and other defendants. The lawsuit asked for damages for having barred me from entering the Union County Courthouse. I filed motion for change of venue. Judge Pisanski ruled there is no court rule for change of venue and denied the motion. He quashed my subpoenas for the county employees involved to appear and testify. He rendered a written opinion solely on the issue of whether I should have been given a public hearing prior to being barred from entering the courthouse and ruled against me. I was pro se and indigent at the time and as far as I recall no appeal was taken. I sure caused a thick court file to be made on this case, though. Judge Pisansky should not be entrusted as a trial court judge. "Courts ought not be a private preserve for the affluent." Meltzer v. C. Buck LeCraw & Co., dissenting opinion from denial of certiorari, written by either Justice Douglas or Justice Black.

Hon. John Pisansky is a very bad judge. He doesn't care about your right. His court clerk in the Court Room 3 is worse. If you have an attorney, try to avoid this judge to save your money. The court clerk would schedule her friends first before schedule cases with attorneys. Your attorney might wait for long time to start trial. Do not forget the judge might take over an hour coffee break. The good thing is, if you have a losing case, just kiss the court clerk’s ass, you will win your case.
