Comments:
Judge Jodi Lee Alper boldly lies about laws and bias to those who show more knowledge about the law than her. She should be removed from presiding over any cases. We need honest and impartial judges on the bench.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NJ4563
Rating:3.9
Comments:
To Judge Alper, the ideologic core of our justice system that advocates equal justice under law is something to be ignored and abused. This judge ignores plan logic to tailor decision in support of chums from the large law firms. You can forget about sound case law, forget about glaring statute, forget about sound logic. She will make decisions in lines with her allegiances and your only recourse is an expensive, time consuming appeal. The law should change to eliminate judges whose decisions have been turned over by a certain percentage on appeal.

Rating:1.1
Comments:
Judge Alper did not even uphold the law and that’s what we asked her to look at the log not her opinion about the arbitrator and what she thinks he felt

Litigant

Comment #: NJ3875
Rating:1.0
Comments:
This site is fraudulent! Negative reviews of judges are unduly removed by this site’s management thereby making this site worthless for actual judicial review. This is the type of censuring expected in a third world country or authoritarian state and runs contrary to our Constitution which affords freedom of speech. [Redacted by Editor]
