What a disgrace to the bench. Toskos did not even try to hide his leanings to the plaintiff-bank side. I have spoken with dozens of litigators who relayed horror stories of practices that just looked crooked and dishonest. Toskos is now doing civil mediation, I would avoid him like the plague

in charge of foreclosure cases that he simply don't understand

enemy of NJ homeowners this so called judge ignores evidence and is known as the banks judge he always side with banks and go along with their fraud to assist them in stealing homeowners homes in a foreclosure
This judge is as bad and dishonest as the late judge Gerald escala was

evasive judge one that refuse to look and acknowledge undeniable facts and evidence and despite good arguments and proofs presented by homeowners he always sides with the banksters against the homeowners that are fighting to save their home in a fraudulent and dishonest foreclosures cases perpetrated by allege "lenders" that cant prove ownership to the homeowners note and mortgage

Lengthy trial with a million plus demand and nuisance offer. We resolved most issues in the am prior to trial so the case went in smoothly. Decisions were quick and well reasoned. Good judge for trial.
