I heard she was a decent judge until she had personal problems in her own family, but I don't believe it. Truly horrendous; set women's rights back by about 50 years. Particularly disdainful of pro se litigants. I believe she was moved to the Appellate Division so she could do no more harm to families.

Hon. Ellen L. Koblitz , she is the most honorable judge . As an Arabic litigant, I am weary of Jewish judges. I do pray to almighty GOD to keep her round to do justices.

This is another judge who has fraudulently ruled in the banks favor continuously. Rule of law is not in her agenda. After years in the Superior Court and temporarily moved to the Appellate Court changed her opinions(temporarily) of the law or has been forced to follow them as she is among more judicial judges. It is not to hard to see that the Superior Court judges force homeowners to fight their foreclosures to the Appellate Court. This judge is one that has been at both levels and her rulings have also shown that this is the case. Her sudden change is a good thing but, she cannot be forgiven for the tens or hundreds or thosands of cases that she has made her fraudulent foreclosure rulings.
