the so called judge told all parties if you do not come to an agreement I am telling you will not going to be happy when I rule. Judge would try to conduct hearings from his home on the telephone.

Koprowski is a big part of the problem not the solution. Lies never once came to court near 9 o'clock when all parties were told to be in court. Koprowski told all parties to bring witnesses to court be in court at 9 am sharp. Four nurses and a director of business in court at 1130 judge comes into court and tells all perties he is busy set a new hearing date in about two weeks.

He has had a distinguished career. But now he needs to retire. Far too much reliance on his clerks. The clerks are beholden to large firms that they want to be friendly with. Also, this allows for "information" to come before the clerks, who are now the fact finders, from outside sources. Judge Korpowski needs to accept the mandatory retirement. He has an order allowing him a two year extension.

Judge Koprowski has demonstrated superior jurisprudence through a myriad of complex judicial variables. It was surprising to read negative comments about him on this site. Then I realized that they were dissatisfied litigants.
No wonder. He didn't rule in their favor!

Judge Koprowski has the rare capacity to grasp complex litigation and apply judicial scrutiny to complaints that lack tangible substance. Essex County and New Jersey are fortunate to have the service of such a capable man on the Bench.

Very biased in state guardianship issues. If the por se litigant is from out of state be ware this judge does not follow the law and willingly use judicial intimidation and retaliation to suppress justice. Evasive on answering questions to help determine jurisdiction or status of the court Authority. Will willfully exceed authority and fine Pro se litigants to obstruct a fair hearing or trial.

Judge Koprowski lacks the intelligence, skill, and work ethic to be a judge in any court. He is completely disinterested in managing a case effectively or rendering a thoughtful considered decision on anything. Appearing before him one would think that he has never litigated a case as either a lawyer or a judge.
