Unable to mange cases in a timely fashion. Erratic decisions, filled with contradictions, without support or explanation. Series of problems decisions. Sivilli’s orders are much worse than many orders that come out of family courts - frequent violations of a parent’s rights papered over by words with no scientific basis.
Judge Sivilli has caused much pain and suffering to families struggling through divorce. But this judge has created a boom for lawyers and "experts".
The Kleinman case was the epitome of corruption, overreach and disgrace that no family should ever suffer.

Recently, Judge Sivilli attempted to surpress the first ammendment rights of a father struggling for his custody rights through due process.

Bad judge. Always late. Does not read papers. Does not apply law. Favors litigants and attorneys with greatest political clout. Poor demeanor. Wild hair that stands on end. Dingy and sallow appearance. Slouches on the bench. Gets impatient and rests forehead on bench. Leans into her hand. Does not care. Litigants leave with sense of injustice.
