Poor, I have witnessed this judge base his orders of support not on the facts of the case, but on the fact that the person in the case prior pissed him off and he decided to take it out on the next guy. His exact statement "Oh, another one of you guys trying to evade his support, your just like the guy before you and he really pissed me off." I felt like I had a target painted on me because of what the prior litigant did in the court room that day. He should have never mentioned any of his personal thoughts, but should have stuck to the facts and made a ruling based on them. Since this order was put in place 17 years ago, I have had no desire to address any further issues in his court room. He was a modern day bully. Lastly, since learning that his misbehavior has got him ousted from the bench 3 years early of his retirement, I can only say it did not happen soon enough. This judge not only had created a impossible financial situation for a lot of people he has also ruined a lot of relationships by driving a wedge further between the two parents with unfair financial burdens. I have paid my support and am not in arrears, but I do not speak with the mother or the child due to the fierce argument the in sue about money. Thank you Essex County NJ for make a bad situation worst I tip my hat to your system. you really know how to put the family first. Oh, I forgot its about the child not the parents, so now your state can deal with another young man with no direction and a heart full of anger because all he got growing up was $1300 a month from a father who could have given so much more. Things that money will never be able to replace. I now live in another state and have no desire to deal with the NJ court system or the mother and child that continues to benefit from it. I am sure many others are in my same boat.

A mean and vindictive man who demonstrates an unbelievable level of bias and dishonesty against males on financial issues. Very ill-tempered and conspicuously unfair. Should not be sitting in Family Part; really should not be sitting at all.
