Criminal Defense Lawyer

Rating:Not Rated
Comments:
Keeping this judge on the bench any longer is a huge disservice to public. He is sick and that is unfortunate. The public however must not be made to pay for it. He cannot do his job and that is causing public harm. Does anyone there monitor anything in this judicial system.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NJ3355
Rating:2.9
Comments:
I agree with the previous posts. He automatically gets aligned with larger firms and does reward them at the cost of merits of the case. He is capable of ignoring the law with full knowledge of his wrongdoing and feel no guilt or embarrassment. A tragic figure on the bench.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NJ2848
Rating:3.5
Comments:
He showed bias in favor of a large local firm. It seemed as if he was courting favor with my adversary's firm for a post-retirement mediator's position. He was discourteous and sarcastic towards me and my client.

Civil Litigation - Private

Comment #: NJ2718
Rating:8.3
Comments:
He was fair, knew the law, and was always courteous. My only complaint is that it took him a couple of months to decide post-trial motions after argument. He attributed it to health issues, so maybe it's not a recurring thing. I'd previously had motions before him with no delay issues.
You can do much worse for a judge. Much, much worse.

Extraordinarily bright and unfailingly courteous jurist.

Civil Litigation - Private

Rating:3.8
Comments:
He is an intelligent judge, but lacks diligence and disregards the impact of delays on a litigation. He can be unfair, and he does exhibit bias in favor of larger firms.
