He is the worst! I am not a dead beat dad but I have an ex from hell. She knows how to use the system and knows all the "hot" buttons to mention in motion. She is bitter and is out for vengeance. Based on her lies and all the false domestic violence and child abuse/neglect complaints which didn't go anywhere, the judge imputed my income and recalculated my child support payment based on $98k instead of my actual earnings of $60k. He said he felt I had the potential to earn that amount and that I should go get a second or third job. He does not care about the fathers visitation rights.
He is all for the mothers...the poor crying victims that they portray themselves. It makes me sick! I lost my house and had to sell everything i own to pay the outrageous child support for 1 child. My ex earns $90k per year, drives a Mercedes and goes on 4-5 vacations a year. She even enrolled our child in private school vs public and expensive private summer camp and is taking me back to court to force me to pay half.
