McGann=Incompetant. Freedom of speech and my own opinion.

Governor Christie - Please help reform Monmouth Vicinage. Either the Judges are incompetant or highly biased. Your making Monmouth county look like idiots. I even hear it from my friend that works in New York as a prosecutor. Your killing us...

Can't count his nuts twice and come up with the same number. God help Monmouth County. Where do they find these people?

I ask for his resignation. He is slow, unable to make decisions with clear evidence, took 10 minutes to do a simple addition problem and seems out of it. The more incompetent the more they move up? Good luck to those who have him in family court next year. GOD help us...

McGann is a very poor excuse for a judge. His judgement was unbelievably horrible. Had no basis at all for his decision.

I am a tenant who has a 83% increase in
my rent in 5 yrs. I had comps in the area, proof of utility costs be decreased.Landlord had nothing to support
the increase, no comps, no utility records, no tax records and the landlord was granted the full $300 increse. what a shame

I think he is not a fair judge and they should follow the rights of the constituation. He does not care for others and does not know how to handle certain issues. So everybody thinks just because they have there degree in being a judge that they are always right. Its awful how they hurt good people and the bad get away with shit. What comes around goes around remember that.
