Appears to adjudicate to appease the Old Boy network, rather than to rule according to the governing "law on the case" (res judicata) or statute, contrary to mandatory Judicial Ethics (appearance of fairness). Avoided permitting a settlement conference where the matter could likely have been resolved. Judge Wilson had no aversion to entering an obviously incorrect ruling and thereafter stalled the case to avoid revisiting the issue - even on remand! Her political affiliations so far have permitted her to avoid an obviously needed disciplinary review.

Extremely biased judge who seems to have no interest in following precedent, law or credible evidence. Will grudgingly consider following NJ Supreme Court law, as it tends to follow her very liberal bent. Single-handedly discourages any reasonable settlements, as she tips her hand so early for or against a litigant. Decides and panders in chambers, so her wild statements and prejudices are rarely on the record. Perhaps the worst in the state judiciary.

As to the Fenimore Landfill, this Judge apparently has no street smarts or compassion. She has a nerve insulting the taxpayers who pay her salary especially the women of Roxbury expecting to see as she says in her words, a neighborhood of "Stepford Wives." She is a close minded individual. She doesnt know how to stop trucks from traveling to a site?!What other simple tasks is she incapable of doing? How about communicating with their bosses or the Union to which they belong? Apparently another political appointee who takes advantage of the public and is only on the bench to at some point collect a pension and retire comfortably.

Showed extreme bias toward one side, which continued throughout the trial. Made outrageous statements, which were contradictory to facts already proven to be true. Used sarcasm inappropriately to litigants and attorneys as well. Jumped to conclusions before hearing the evidence. Impressed by nothing but herself.

Shows overt bias and disregard for making a proper legal ruling. She has an extremely inappropriate demeanor - she will discuss personal issues at length even if it means adjourning actual legal conferences to later dates.
