A disgrace to the court system and the citizens in his court room. Who ever took him out of retirement should be ashamed of themselves!
This judge refused to properly review a case, did not consider evidence of perjured testimony and evidence of false accusation. He does not consider documented evidence and contradicts himself and has fictional opinions and inscrutable findings. More insane, why is the Somerset County court system so intent on protecting this judges findings for reversal. PLEASE TAKE HIM OFF THE BENCH before he destroys more lives!

This guy denies Unopposed Motions. He favors the unfortunate and clearly likes to think of himself as a Judge of the people regardless of what the law says. If you are a dead beat and can't pay your bills this is the Judge of your dreams! If you are a Plaintiff or Plaintiff / Judgment Creditor looking for monetary relief from this guy, God help you. Save your client the money, hassle and aggrivation because no matter what the law says relief is not coming from this man appointed to uphold the law. From what I understand he is on retired recall and they say he does the least damage in Special Civil so that is why leave him there. Maybe someone should send him a Rule Book as a gift or send him back into retirement.

i watched him handle three cases before ours and had him handle a scea 2 yrs ago.he favors the poor right or wrong and will find a minute loophope to get them out.hes very inconsistant with his judgements.he triesd to throw my case out this past time when it was exactly the same case i had before,when pointed out to him his law answer was "you got lucky last time".couldnt find that in any lawbook.if you have this guy and you are the landlord,just drop your case you have no shot despite how much evidence you may have.
