Listening to him almost every day is exhausting. Watching him strip defendant's of their rights without a care about them or their families is truly sad. Nobody dares to whistleblow but I think he is upsetting enough people that his days on the bench are numbered. I was told the ACJC is already investigating him. I pray for his removal every day. There isn't an ethical bone in that man's body. He is a cold hearted person with no moral compass. I wish more staff members would speak out. We need to get all the bad judges out of Cumberland County.

[Redacted by Ed. If I had a penny for every biased comment put of this judges mouth I'd be ridiculously wealthy. He follows his own rules not the actual court rules that he swore to. I can honestly say that this man needs disbarred. Hopefully someone will open their eyes before more damage is done

Terrible judge! Doesn't follow rules of procedures, doesn't apply the law properly and always sides with the prosecution. He should not be in the criminal division let alone on the bench. Poor decision making skills. No logic behind his decisions. Should be investigated. He and some other judges seem to have their own agendas with defendants.

~Made many biased statements at a virtual detention hearing. Was very abrupt to defense counsel and supportive of the prosecutor. Let the defendant speak but took nothing he said into consideration. Left defendant sitting in the filthy Cumberland County jail for 5 months on 4th degree accusations that provided absolutely no evidence to back them up. Very disappointing to see. I hope he starts demanding more from the prosecution than just their word. Allowing citizens to be targeted for speaking up against judicial misconduct is a violation of our constitutional rights in these United States as well as this state.

Apparently wanted to be a prosecutor... And doesn't have the best grasp on evidence. But generally pretty polite and not awful on bail. Clearly pro-police.
