It is sad that in 2018 judges are allowed to be openly biased, disrespectful, unprofessional and care nothing about the rights of pro se litigants. That the rules of the court are not followed and that no one will take a stand even the assigning Judge who is well aware of his actions will do anything to get rid of him,

He ordered to remove my son out of my home and to be placed in the ABUSERS home ! my son accused his father of sexually abusing him and Physically abusing him . My son refuses to go to his fathers. My son now 5 years later still in the abusers home! Then we wonder why children end up being Perpetrators . We can thank the Judicial system !

The only time he rules in your favor is when you are the alimony receiver or if you are the payer who has an open appeal against him, that he hopes you'll drop. He treats disabled vets with no regard whatsoever for their PTSD, and tells them to "Shut up and Sit Down." He once denied a vet with memory problems, who was filing pro se, his request to let his assistant hand him paperwork and pass him notes.
He blatantly apologized to the adversary's lawyer that he couldn't charge the payer more of the lawyer fees by law.
He rewarded the defendant, after the plaintiff PROVED defendant committed insurance fraud.
