judge escala is the enemy of all homeowners in Bergen county he is a bad news and helps any and all banks to steal your home away from you. there is no fairness justice and/or due process of law in this judge court room ,he will ignore the laws and does not understand ucc and right of homeowners to demand the banksters to present the wet ink note which they are entitled to see after asking the banksters for presentment. god help anyone that gos in front of this"judge".

JUDGE ESCALLA WORK THE BANKS IN FORECLOSURE MATTERS HE WILL NEVER HEAR ANYTHING THE DEFENDANT SAY REFUES TO GIVE DUE PROCESS OF LAW AND IS IGNORATE OF ANY AND ALL UCC ARTICLE 3
THAT GOVREN MORTGAGE NOTES HE WILL RULE AGAINST ANY HOMEOWNER IN FORECLOSURE CASE EVEN IF THE BANK CANNOT PROVE OWNERSHIP OF THE MORTGAGE AND NOTE AS REQUERD BY LAW HE NEED TO IMMD REMOVE FROM OFFICE BEFORE HE HURT
